We make sure to keep your furniture clean, we start every project by clearing the area of any furniture and making sure that the floor is covered in plastic so that the dust doesn't get into any unwanted nooks and crannies.

We let you know how bad it is, it might not be as terrible as you think.

We take into account time, labour, and materials so as to not have any surprise bills.

A little about the process.

Most jobs can get a little messy, not to worry though, that's why you called in the professionals.

Dents

With dents, it can get a little overwhelming when there are a lot of them, but we have a process. We start with cutting about an inch around the area, sanding and wiping it down, painting the area with a waterproof primer to give the drywall joint compound that little extra chance to hold on. Then comes the sanding and reapplying until all dents are as smooth as the wall itself.

Cracks

The first step with cracks is figuring out what we're dealing with, if it's just a surface crack these can be repaired relatively easily. However, if we're dealing with a deep crack into the drywall, this can take a bit more work. When dealing with small cracks it can be as simple as just filling the crack back in with compound so as to reseal the joint. When dealing with deep cracks in drywall, we must cut away the tape around the cracked area and remove the tape without further damaging the drywall compound that is still attached. We then remove any loose compound, and then sand and clean the area. After this, we reapply compound with the tape embedded, wait for it to dry, and reapply. Then once again, we sand until smooth.

Holes

With holes it can be a bit more challenging, but again, it depends on the amount of damage done. If it's a smaller hole, it may require a relatively simple patch up job. However, if the hole is large, it may require replacing a piece of drywall to get it looking just right. Once again, this requires a very similar process of cutting off excess drywall around the area, sanding down the surrounding drywall and removing any loose drywall compound. Then applying the patch or piece of drywall, and applying compound in order to make sure the gaps are filled. Followed by sanding until smooth.
